Since 1994 Harvard Computing Group (HCG) has been dedicated to simplifying the presentation and management of processes, procedures and projects.  By offering a combination of consulting, education services, software and best practices in many fields, we aim to provide our clients with an advantage in all aspects of their business operations.

Harvard Computing Group uses a simplified Business Process Model that can be tailored to meet a variety of client needs. Typically we:

  • Blend additional resources into the client or project team as needed
  • Provide lead project management and/or facilitation for the project
  • Deliver training  and tools to the team as required

The model makes it very easy for organizations to set up and manage either simple or complex process projects. The primary process activities are outlined in the TaskMap above and supporting materials for each phase are provided in templates, training, workshops and tools to communicate transparently to everyone in the organization.
