In this course you will learn how to analyze your “as is” TaskMaps and identify the most likely targets for improvement. Courses are limited to 10 attendees to maintain a more effective learning environment.

• Is the background data complete?
• Can you improve usability with hyperlinks?
• Does the map effectively illustrate what happens when tasks fail?
